For those of you travelling to and from the venue on the “party bus” - the timetable is as follows:
We ask that guests be prompt to ensure there is no delay in the busses schedule.

The Stables are located on a horse ranch. There is a gravel driveway leading through the property to the stables. The ground is fairly even and easy to walk on. We would suggest that ladies refrain from wearing stiletto heels as the floor inside the stables is uneven and outside areas are mostly grass apart from underneath the outdoor pavilion. The venue will have heating but with the amount of people inside the stables, you should feel warm, if not too hot once busting out a groove for a while.
In the event of rainy weather there is plenty of undercover space to keep you out of the elements. We would suggest bringing an umbrella if rain is predicted so you can walk between your transport and the stables without getting wet.
COVID INFORMATION

All guests will be required to check in by QR code on arrival. Sanitiser will be available for all guests. The venue requests that all guests follow the social distancing requirements. Any vulnerable guests are encouraged to wear a mask if they feel more comfortable.
As you can appreciate this is ever-changing situation and we can only be guided by the government guidelines, so we are trying to manage this as best we can.
We will update all guests should restrictions change in the week before the Wedstival.

Stacey and Sam have been busy saving every cent to build their future together.
Although they don’t expect anything but to celebrate with you in person, should you feel compelled,
